Shanice Green is a Knitwear & Crochet Designer currently based in Brooklyn, NY. She holds a BFA in Knitwear Design from the Academy of Art University, May 2019 and a MPS in Global Fashion Supply Chain Management from LIM College, May 2024.

Over the course of her collegiate career, Shanice has developed from her childhood connection to knitwear through hand-knitting at the early age of twelve to a focused attention to knit fabrication, design, and construction at the Academy. After taking Knitwear Design 1, she was convinced that she needed to be apart of the specialized program and worked intensively to improve her hand knitting and machine knitting skills.

In addition, Shanice has worked with several companies at different stages of the fashion supply chain from wholesale, to contemporary, and luxury markets. Supporting Head Designers, Senior Technical Designers and Product Development teams in realizing design concepts and bringing those ideas to life.

Today, she continues her pursuits as a Seamless Assistant Technical Designer - Daywear at Dreamwear, Inc. in Midtown, Manhattan. Shanice consistently looks for ways to reinterpret knitwear into wearable art forms for the female body.
